Recently, regulations based on the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Law have been introduced to rectify long-standing issues in the LP gas industry's business practices. Kanie JAPAN Co., Ltd. will adhere to the following three regulations under the revised ministerial ordinances of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Law and will actively work toward ensuring fair transactions and transparency in pricing.

    Restriction of Excessive Sales Practices

    • We will not provide benefits that exceed normal business practices.
    • We will not enter into contracts that limit customers' choice of service providers with conditions.

    Implementation of the Three-Part Pricing System

    • We will introduce a three-part pricing system consisting of basic fees, usage fees, and equipment fees.
    • We will not include equipment costs unrelated to LP gas consumption in the gas charges.
  • 03

    Provision of LP Gas Pricing Information

    • We will make efforts to provide gas pricing information to prospective tenants of rental properties, either directly or through real estate management companies, in advance.
