Stopping Gas Service

Important Notes for Service Termination

  • Please contact your nearest service office at least three days in advance to request service termination.
  • Your presence may be required when terminating your service.
  • Your final gas bill (the gas bill from the date of your last meter reading to the date your gas supply is stopped) will be settled using the payment method currently registered.

Payment methods for the final bill include cash payment on-site, bank account transfer, or payment through financial institutions or convenience stores.

Items to Prepare on the Day of Termination

  • Deposit receipt (received when you move in)
  • Cash (if settling the final gas bill on-site)

The security deposit will be refunded to the customer after the gas bill has been settled.
