1 Does it smell like gas? Is the alarm going off?
If you smell gas or the alarm is going off, ventilate the area, close the gas valve, and immediately contact us.

2 Are the gas valve and appliance valves closed?
Open the gas valve and check if the appliance works. (If the valve doesn't have a knob, no action is needed.)
If the valve is too tight to open, we will provide repairs, so please contact your nearest service office. -
3 Can you use other gas appliances
If other gas appliances are working, the issue may be with the specific appliance. Please contact your nearest service office.

4 Is the gas meter valve closed?
If the gas meter valve outdoors is horizontal, turn it to vertical to open it.

5 Is the gas meter blinking?
If the gas meter light is blinking, please perform a reset operation. For more details, please refer to the Gas Meter Reset Instructions.
