To provide energy services such as gas and electricity to our customers, we may obtain personal information (e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers) directly or through our contractors using published materials such as phone books or residential maps. This information will be used for the following purposes:

  1. Safety inspections of energy supply equipment and consumption devices (e.g., heating, water heating, air conditioning)
  2. Ensuring a stable supply and promoting the widespread use of energy
  3. Energy supply equipment construction
  4. Providing services related to energy supply operations, such as automatic leak alerts or supply interruption measures
  5. Sales, installation, repair, inspection, and after-sales service of energy consumption devices, alarm systems, and home equipment
  6. Providing other products and services handled by our company
  7. Informing, promoting, surveying, and collecting data on services and products related to the above businesses
  8. Performing other tasks associated with the activities described in (1) through (7) above

Additionally, for efficient business operations, we may delegate certain tasks to financial institutions, data processing companies, or partners (e.g., manufacturers, construction companies, security firms). Suspension or Deletion

If you wish to suspend or delete your personal information, we will confirm your identity and proceed within a reasonable period and scope. Please note that service provisions may be affected. Information held as required by law may not be eligible for such requests.

6. Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

Our company has established the following basic policy to prevent damages when it becomes evident that a customer belongs to antisocial forces, which pursue economic gains through violence, intimidation, or fraudulent methods. We strictly adhere to these principles:

  1. We will respond to unjust demands by antisocial forces as an entire organization while ensuring the safety of our employees.
  2. To prevent damages caused by antisocial forces, we will cooperate with external professional organizations, including the police, centers for promoting the elimination of violence, and legal professionals, to address issues systematically and appropriately.
  3. We will not engage in any form of relationship, including business transactions, with antisocial forces. Furthermore, we will firmly reject any unjust demands.
  4. Under no circumstances will we engage in backdoor dealings or provide financial support to antisocial forces.
