Stopping Gas Service
Important Notes for Service Termination
- Please contact your nearest service office at least three days in advance to request service termination.
- Your presence is required during the service termination process.
- At the time of termination, the final gas bill (covering the period from the last meter reading to the service termination date) will be settled.
- Payment methods for the final bill include cash payment on-site, bank account transfer, or payment through financial institutions or convenience stores.
Items to Prepare on the Day of Termination
- Deposit receipt (for customers who provided a deposit at the time of moving in)
- Cash (if settling the final gas bill on-site)
The deposit receipt will be returned to you after the final gas bill is settled.
